  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... vad folk säger » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Fantastisk mysigt hotell. Vi hade också turen art få rum 105 i spa huset med jättealran. Ville stanna längre än två dagar men det var fullbokat tyvärr. Tyst lugnt hotell för avkoppling. Vi blev överraskade. Hade hela spaavdelning själva nästan då inte det var så många som nyttjade det

  This is a stunning hotel in a stunning setting. Surrounded by mountains on three sides with far reaching views across the countryside. The food is always first class and sometimes exceptional; they produced imaginative alternatives for a non meat eater. The service is friendly, responsive and relaxed. We had high expectations of the hotel and they were exceeded in every respect. - Fantastic peaceful location tucked away in the foothills. A great get away from it all holiday destination. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

  Just returned from a week (26th Oct to 1 Nov) Band B . The hotel is excellent. Near a wonderful beach. Many long walks on the beach in the evening. Weather was good for time of year but on the cooler days we made much use of the indoor pool,sauna,gym etc. Lovely grounds, friendly and polite staff.   After we saw the area and the neighboring settlements as well, I can firmly say - yes, definitely Palma Nova is the best, comparing to the neighboring areas, and this South-Western side of it, near the Son Matties beach is the best choice. Because it's quieter area, yet with all facilities nearby, and the beach is so large and nice.   Perfect hotel! We staid in this hotel for a week in end of April 2013 and got the best experince ever! We came in low-season, so the price for the hotel was super cheap, we got upgraded free-of-charge to luxus family 3 room apartments with the seaview. As we had all inclusive, for I week we did not have to worry about anything - breakfast, lunch, ... vad folk säger » dinner, free drings, ice-cream, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA - was all ours, not to mention the stunning seaviews and an increadible proximi - The service was excellent, Diana and Ramon from the reception are such helpful, willing and friendly people. The rooms were v clean and towels changed as per need everyday, washing machine and drier available at extra cost, the more private staircase from the floors to the indoor pool & spa area was an added bonus. Spa area is quaint, spa treatment like massage or aromatherapy must be booked in advance, swimming cap and slippers are a must.(otherwise buy at reception for 3e). Fridge in room
