  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... wat mensen zeggen » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  This is a stunning hotel in a stunning setting. Surrounded by mountains on three sides with far reaching views across the countryside. The food is always first class and sometimes exceptional; they produced imaginative alternatives for a non meat eater. The service is friendly, responsive and relaxed. We had high expectations of the hotel and they were exceeded in every respect. - Fantastic peaceful location tucked away in the foothills. A great get away from it all holiday destination. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

  De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel. We hebben verschillende activiteiten ondernomen, maar het hotel was erg behulpzaam hierin. (auto huren, informatie, taxi regelen) Bij ons vertrek, mochten we 2 uur langer blijven ivm het anders lange wachten op het vliegveld. Dit was in eerste instantie niet mogelijk, maar er werd van alles aan gedaan! Fan... wat mensen zeggen » tastisch. Perfecte service, goed hotel! - Zeer kindvriendelijk. Alles was bereikbaar met een buggy. Dus ook interessant voor mindervaliden.

  Perfect hotel! We staid in this hotel for a week in end of April 2013 and got the best experince ever! We came in low-season, so the price for the hotel was super cheap, we got upgraded free-of-charge to luxus family 3 room apartments with the seaview. As we had all inclusive, for I week we did not have to worry about anything - breakfast, lunch, ... wat mensen zeggen » dinner, free drings, ice-cream, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA - was all ours, not to mention the stunning seaviews and an increadible proximi - The service was excellent, Diana and Ramon from the reception are such helpful, willing and friendly people. The rooms were v clean and towels changed as per need everyday, washing machine and drier available at extra cost, the more private staircase from the floors to the indoor pool & spa area was an added bonus. Spa area is quaint, spa treatment like massage or aromatherapy must be booked in advance, swimming cap and slippers are a must.(otherwise buy at reception for 3e). Fridge in room
