Staffs are all very friendly and helpful, staffs in the restaurant also very knowledgeable on the menu they offer and introducing lot of local ingredients!   A true luxury experience in this 17th century boutique hotel set in the hills just 30 minutes from Palma . Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.   Fantastic rooms and we were given a free upgrade on arrival. The staff were amazing and very accommodating both in the hotel, by the pool and in the restaurant. The restaurant was superb with a fantastic array of food on offer. We will definitely be back! - Excellent service, really friendly staff, beautiful hotel.

  Excellent location,good value overall and enjoyable meals to suit all tastes.We stayed 5 nights half board and do recommend this as the restaurants around did only fish pizza/kebab etc.. The balcony overlooked the beautiful bay and was spacious with clothes drying rack!. With 5 mins to the airport(3 euro on the bus or 10 euro taxi) this is very us... wat mensen zeggen » eful position for late or early arrivals and only 20 meters to the beach.. Yippee. The staff worked hard long hours and were very efficient indeed,pol - Everthing was really good the staff, location, views from bedrooms and value for money the only small suggestion to improve it was that the food could have been hotter but it didnt put us off staying there again. We are already working out when we can go back!

  I have stayed at La Residencia a few times over the years and every time I leave I can't wait to return. It truly is a magical place and catered for all our needs.   very friendly staff, rooms are spacious with nice interiors - simple, but elegant, great beds, super nice lounge areas in the hotel (red and golden salon for afternoon tea of pre-dinner drinks) spa area is very small - just one room with sauna, steamroom and jaccuzi- but can be booked exclusively, which is great, treatments (facial / massage) were... wat mensen zeggen » also very nice (organic local products), water in the mini-bar was complimentary, great location in the middle of the city: fantastic restaurants and - This is a small but beautiful hotel in a quiet street in the centre of the town. We did not need a car at all as it is a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and you can see all the town has to offer by foot. The staff are amazingly friendly and cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a perfect one. They are going to open another one nearer the harbour and we are definitely going to try that one if the Can Cera is anything to go by.

  The people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our booking and it was sorted in a very professional manner. The food was excellent. We had booked a table in two famous restaurants in Mallorca and the dinner at the hotel was better. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
