We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped
swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very
comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well
equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and
washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances!

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

We have stayed in Cala D'Or Playa from 20 to 27th June. The location, facilities, cleanliness, staff are absolutely brilliant. Fantastisk mysigt hotell. Vi hade också turen art få rum 105 i spa huset med jättealran. Ville stanna längre än två dagar men det var fullbokat tyvärr. Tyst lugnt hotell för avkoppling. Vi blev överraskade. Hade hela spaavdelning själva nästan då inte det var så många som nyttjade det
