  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... vad folk säger » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). Great to visit Soller, Deia, Valdemossa, Lluc Monastery. Drive to Palma is about 25kms, and req... vad folk säger » uires paying 5 euros each way if taking the Soller tunnel. We got a superior room, it was quite specious with big balcony and side ocean view. Relaxi - Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas. One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

  Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  Fantastisk mysigt hotell. Vi hade också turen art få rum 105 i spa huset med jättealran. Ville stanna längre än två dagar men det var fullbokat tyvärr. Tyst lugnt hotell för avkoppling. Vi blev överraskade. Hade hela spaavdelning själva nästan då inte det var så många som nyttjade det

  Lugnt läge, vänlig personal - Very accommodating and friendly staff who were happy to speak English. Pleasant pool-side, dining areas (inside and out). Fair sized bedroom and balcony with views (bit restricted by tall pines). Good breakfast to suit all tastes. Pleasant quiet location with less than 10 min. walk to Port area which we think is best... vad folk säger » part of town. Nearby Cala (5 min.) very crowded. If driving - trip to Far a bit hairy! - Location - away from the busy Cala Ratjada town and harbour but within easy and pleasant walking distance. Minutes from the pretty and small Cala Gat beach and the short coast walk around to Cala Ratjada. Rooms and poolside very clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast facilities. We were the only Brits in the hotel, but thats OK with us and no different from expected.
