The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great.
