  bra och kunnig personal i receptionen, närhet till shopping och uteliv - Det var skillnad på om man bodde i huvudbyggnaden eller i annexet. Annexet var allt väldigt bra, städning, komfort i rummet mm. Bra litet gym att använda. Poolområdet helt ok.

  The hotel is a beautiful old property, which has been wonderfully converted into a hotel providing a range of accommodation, from standard through to extreme luxury. The staff who are all from outside Spain, i.e. Argentina, Germany, Peru & Romania for example, are selected & employed for their skills, rather than just to fill a vacancy.   Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry - Everything (rooms, services, restaurants, staff, spa)

  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... vad folk säger » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  The hotel was very peaceful and tastefully decorated. Noelia and her staff were very attentive and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Huge choice for breakfast - can recommend the poached egg with sausage and potato cream - yummy!   Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). Great to visit Soller, Deia, Valdemossa, Lluc Monastery. Drive to Palma is about 25kms, and req... vad folk säger » uires paying 5 euros each way if taking the Soller tunnel. We got a superior room, it was quite specious with big balcony and side ocean view. Relaxi - Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas. One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

  Fantastisk mysigt hotell. Vi hade också turen art få rum 105 i spa huset med jättealran. Ville stanna längre än två dagar men det var fullbokat tyvärr. Tyst lugnt hotell för avkoppling. Vi blev överraskade. Hade hela spaavdelning själva nästan då inte det var så många som nyttjade det

  The hotel had been reformed and it was very nice; all the furniture was new: comfortable bed and clean bathroom with nice shower. The breakfast was very very good, it was variety, with different kind of breads, and olive oils, and other stuffs. There are outdoor and indoor swimmingpool, both were nice. There is a bus station in front of the hotel,... vad folk säger » with buses to Palma; that spend 20 mins on the road, and to the airport, that just spend 10 mins. To 5 mins walk to the hotel there is a delicious an - We just loved the hotell, it was so beatiful and clean, and it looked just like in the pictures on the website. Romantic outdoor area, the rooms were clean and really nice.The staff was always friendly. We payed for halfboard, and ate every night at the hotell, the food was really good and so much to choose. The hotell Java was only five min from the airport and to min walk from the beautiful beach. We loved our stay, and will definitive come back some day!
