  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Swimming pool is not large, it was fine for off season (may),not sure about summer months,but we prefered bea - The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

  Känslan av att ha ett privat boende i en härlig miljö. - not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote.   Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.   Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! - Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places.   Loved everything about the Apartments . Staff were so friendly and helpful . Loved the surrounds flowers and all the plants and shrubs and the place is kept spotless .   Wonderfull staff very friendly. The appartments are basic but are equipped with everything you need.   I found the staff very friendly from the start. On check in we were asked our names. The next day the staff refered to us by name which I found to create a very personal feel. The atmosphere around the complex was always very freindly with lots of interaction from the other guests.   On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean . Pool is perfect there and lifeguard on duty full day . Complex is ... vad folk säger » very secure with cctv cameras dotted around the place and also the main gates at locked at 11pm with security there to buzz you in , great peace of mi - We have just returned from a week long stay in Club del Carmen. This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.
