Känslan av att ha ett privat boende i en härlig miljö. - not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. In this case you will have the room on the main road, but seems not so loud. Very nice

The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred
metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering
kitchenette was adequately equipped. I think we were a little spoilt
with an upstairs unit giving us a sea view and a private patio, on which

I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. -
The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level.

The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

It seemed recently refurb'D. Unlike other apartments we stayed in
around this price this has far more comfort. Our beds were new
mattresses and lovely and comfy with a light wee duvet. They were well
cleaned and maintained. The kitchenette was well maintained and had
everything that you would need. Even had a hair drier/ with adaptor

There was shelter from the wind. The place was clean and well
maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. The wi-fi worked well.
The enviroment was peaceful - a bit out of town centre but beaches,
shops and restaurants were all close by.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets/towels were changed every other day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every member that you passed on a daily basis always had a smile and said hello. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A nice bottle of red wine was waiting for me in my room as a welcome gift and every morning, a fresh bread roll would be left in a plastic bag hanging on my door. It is the little touches that make a difference. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery and plates and glasses.
