The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. ... vad folk säger » fintely book another stay again and again etc..! - The room: Wonderful-very contempoary-loved the floor to ceiling glass interior walls and the white decor with marble- the bath and shower were large and unusual in designed- the bed was very large and comfortable-bedside tables in marble looked great when lit. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

toppenhotell med mycket god mat, rustikt charmig miljo, bra service pa rummet och trevlig personal - Tha staff were all very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The access to the slopes is fantastic from the hotel, only a chair lift ride away or ski straight on. - Staff couldn't be nicer. did everything they could to help. Excellent Hotel.
