  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing as ... vad folk säger » it is in the main street and within walking distance of the Cathedral and other city attractions. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  Rent, frächt och fint. Bra personal. God frukost. - We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra... vad folk säger » was fantastic. - The hotel was in a very quiet part of the town. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel has been open for just 3 months so very modern. The mini bar was free and replenished every day and the wi fi was also free in the room

  We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service!   The hotel was very modern and high tech. Our teenaged children loved it. It was very convenient to drive to the Alhambra (5-10 min drive) and city bus number 4(catch it around the corner and across the street) was very convenient to go into the city of Granada. Great hotel for those with a car. It was very easy to get to and had underground park... vad folk säger » ing. The free internet service was appreciated. - Incredibly good and helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, all facilities from the internet to the swimming pool were great. Easy access to town centre and Alhambra on number 4 bus. Taxis also very reasonable. Bar food in hotel very good. The Abades Nevada Palace is a fantastic hotel and we had a great week. Thank you!

  The hotel was ideally placed in the centre of the village. Was very impressed with the ski room. Individual lockers available and plenty of room. - Very friendly staff, good comfortable room, excellent position for ski lift, good value for money. Will definitely use the hotel again.
