  Only 10 minutes from Toledo which was a plus. Owner advised on how to get free parking just outside the city wall. Hotel staff were very helpful and gave us chocolates and a small bottle of cava. Plenty of parking in and around the hotel. - The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed.   The apartment was very well equipped and decorated, and very comfortable throughout our stay. For exploring the old town of Cuenca, or Cuenca Nueva or the countryside trails, the location was perfect.   The hotel was surprisingly nice for the money. The lady in the afternoon shift was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and the hotel was very well kept. We could even park safely on the street right outside the hotel.
