  The room was nicely decorated and the mattresses were the most comfortable we slept in during our trip in Spain. We found it very diifficult to get up in the morning! The free parking was also a bonus. - Great value for money & fab room. Free mini bar, big comfortable beds, free WiFi & parking; what more could you want?!

Breakfast excellent, nice environment, excellent location for a relaxing moment. At short distance you can also visit Cuenca and make nice walks in the neigborhood.

  The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, even luxurious, and within easy walking distance up a hill to the centre of Toledo. On the way there is a variety of interesting shops from which you can buy great food for lunch and there is lots of interesting Spanish architecture to see on the way. Breakfast was excellent value and staff were lovely. Location was super as it was within walking distance to all major tourist sites. There were plenty of excellent cafes, shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. My family and I would definitely stay there again!

  Breakfast and dinner. Great food. Soft sheets on the bed. Wonderful hotel. A jewel. - Had a really good stay. It is not easy to get to in a car in the narrow streets.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view. We received a map of the town from the man at the front desk along with recommendations for what we should see and good places to eat. The location was the best, as it was very close to the escalators going up to the city, which saved us from a 15-20 minute walk up a... vad folk säger » hill in the middle of the hot day. Parking was a little limited but we found a place nearby on the road which wasn't too expensive. - Very nice staff, speaks good English (probably the best for all the people I spoke to in Spain). The hotel is close to the center of old town, leverage the elevator in the nearby parking can get you to the center of the town in 5 mins, where you can ride the tour bus. My room has great view, but a lit noisy at night as it's close to the street. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. A good choice for bugdget travel.

  the location in the middle of nowhere was exactly what we needed to relax! very nice and cozy room with Tous bath accesor-s, perfect spa and great restaurant. Meanwhile a nice shop downstairs - nice bracelets for 10-15 euro ;) - The hotel, bedrooms and spa were wonderful.

  Hostal de la Luz was a great find. The owners were extremely helpful and kind and the breakfast was good value for money. The room was spacious and clean and had a rooftop view over the river and church. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to the town, tapas bars were closer and the area was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although they did not speak English and our Spanish is very limited they still managed to give us directions to some sights outside Cuenca and recommended places to eat.
