Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.
Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely quiet position up at the top of
the border between Amadores and Puerto Rico. Five minute walk to the
Europa centre where there's lots of dining/drinking options,
supermarket and shops. Lovely modern interior of apartment, small but
nice clean pool. Good selection of utensils in kitchen and outside
barbecue.

The villa was very spacious and clean with a great view over Puerto Rico and the sea.The kitchen and sitting room were also very nice and ofcourse the little garden and the swimming pool.

What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk. We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her

private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to
a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a
seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very
beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some
other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In
