  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean.   Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely quiet position up at the top of the border between Amadores and Puerto Rico. Five minute walk to the Europa centre where there's lots of dining/drinking options, supermarket and shops. Lovely modern interior of apartment, small but nice clean pool.   What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.   We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family.   Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and very welcoming.
