We loved the friendly and helpful attention of the hosts - Javier & Rafael. They made us feel welcome immediately. Though there were dining options locally we decided to have dinner at the hotel and we're delighted we did. EVERYTHING!!!!! The location was perfect. We had the most beautiful walk across the bridge into old town everyday. The staff did EVERYTHING possible to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms were nice and big and cozy. Coffee from the machine in the lounge was great and convenient. The value was outstanding. We will stay here when in San Sebastian:)))))

We arrived on Friday late night (around 1:30 am) , the owner was waited for us and make us feel like pleasure and convenience. The suite room we got was beautiful with great view and huge space.
During our all staying Miriam from the reception helped with very useful recommendations and great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat.

The room was really spacious with a lovely view of the town and countryside. The lady on recpetion was wonderful. The whole place smelled great and there was a lovely communal sitting room. It was a great place for us to spend our first anniversary. Although we only stayed one night, it's in a great location for Bilboa airport and you could easily do a day trip to San Sebastian or into other countryside areas. We just found it really relaxing and a nice welcoming place to stay.

Naiara and the rest of the folks that work at the house are extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is dramatic high up in the hills/mountains. The breakfasts were fantastic. Naiara was extremely nice and helpful. She is always ready to help in any way possible.
Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable.
To be there with them felt just like being home with family.
Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.
