  Beautiful location. Quiet little Basque town by the sea. Hotel well equipped for a relaxing stay. Staff were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. Swmming pool and health facilities superb. ining room excellent with a view over the harbour and the sea. Breakfast was great. Very pleasant surroundings. We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

  This hotel was absolutely charming. The staff were so friendly, the setting so quiet and the accomodation so pleasant. The whole stay was a delight.   Ignacio and his wonderful "team" was a credit to this small friendly hotel,nothing was to much trouble,they looked after us splendidly ,even providing a superb meal,even though the restaurant was closed ( we arrived very late after driving 800 k!)
