  The staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay... Our dog as well! We will definitely stay there when we go back to Palma. - Quite good kitchen. Only thing missing was microwave. Cousy apatment. Cafeteria staff ware super frienly. Location was good.

  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  The staff were excellent, really looked after us, were very helpful. - Great new hotel in an excellent location; most of the staff were veryhelpful and warm. Super comfy beds, excellent showers and excellentbreakfast open past noon.

  Har varit 7 pers, tre familjer med yngre barn i en lägenhet med 3 sovrum. Bra läge, fint, rent, välgenomtänkt, i lägenhet finns allt man kan behöva, precis som hemma. Extra sängkläder, tabletter för diskmaskin, extra handdukar, tvättmaskin, två badrum... Saknas hårtorkare. Massor av restauranger nära hotellet, supermarket samt fint grönsaksbutik i... vad folk säger » närheten av hotellet. - It's a very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed. The weather was chilly at night, so it was great to have some heating. Also, the owner waited up very late for us to arrive, which we really appreciated. The location is wonderful - lots of nice cafes and restaurants, several beaches very nearby. It was also very peaceful and quiet (both the apartment and the area). We'd definitely go back. - Great value (it was off season), good location, off the street parking was helpful and wireless internet was fast and trouble free. Confortable and spacious; we visit many islands for projects and are used to a variety of conditions and these were better than our ususal.

  The manor house is run by a Mallorcan Family and a very friendly team of staff. We like the quiet and discreet location. The affordable 4 course gourmet dinners are highly recommended, and set in a romantic terrace with live piano music played by the owner's sons. We were also touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff in leaving a coffee machine and sandwiches in our room (unrequested) for our early departure the next morning.   Location is prime. I didn't realise at the time, but most of Magaluf is filth. This hotel however is situated at the bottom of the strip, nicely away from that. The pool and surrounding area is blissful. You can easily laze there all day and people watch.The poolside food options are reasonable. Nikki beach gives off good vibe. But I would highly reco - We had a very nice stay in this lovely hotel in the beginning of this June. Very beautiful and well designed, smiley people at front desk, excellent breakfasts, fantastic see-view and perfect location - very close to the beach and far enough from boozy street to keep it quite during night. There was a funny moment when we were chilling out in the outside lobby. It wasn't very warm yet during nights and we asked for some blanket/wrap.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.
