  Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board) at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends. Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet beach life than during summer season. The hotel has a majority of German speaking guests, but all English communication with reception and restauran - Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable.   bra och kunnig personal i receptionen, närhet till shopping och uteliv - Det var skillnad på om man bodde i huvudbyggnaden eller i annexet. Annexet var allt väldigt bra, städning, komfort i rummet mm. Bra litet gym att använda. Poolområdet helt ok.

  Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away. Dinner buffet cost only 4.5€ and the food was good so plus points for that also. - Very help... vad folk säger » ful and friendly staff, very clean, very close to the beach, shop, bus stations, really nice dinner with choices of fish//chicken/turkey/salads/fruits, etc. Wifi in 2 floors, safe to rent if you need. It is great value for the cost.

  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

  The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...
