  Well kept and clean - Very convenient location - 3-5 minutes walk from the metro, 7-10 minutes walk to Gran Via, several El Corte Ingles shops were located around. Friendly and truly helpful staff - a receptionist has printed out a renfe (trains) schedule for me, and it was her own initiative. Clean room, hairdryer available in the bathroom, a kitc... vad folk säger » hen in the room (the following items were available: spoons, forks, knives, plates, cups and a corkscrew).
