  Well kept and clean - Very convenient location - 3-5 minutes walk from the metro, 7-10 minutes walk to Gran Via, several El Corte Ingles shops were located around. Friendly and truly helpful staff - a receptionist has printed out a renfe (trains) schedule for me, and it was her own initiative.   The location, cleanliness, and comfort. Having THE major department store (El Corte Ingles) and metro less than 2 minutes away. The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The rate for my stay via this site was a great discount-much better than what ... vad folk säger » I see posted now. - The location was absolutely fabulous and central to the area in which I desired to stay. The metro stop was less than two minutes away and facilitated travel throughout the city. The room was clean and maintained throughout my stay. While the hotel offered breakfast, there were also multiple restaurants close by to choose from.
