  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard.   Small to medium size complex, maintained to a very high standard. Total of 69 self-accommodation bungalows, many adapted for disabled visitors. Accommodation very Ikea in style. Cleaned 6 days per week and bedding/towel change twice per week Excellent staff who respond to information and requests without delay. Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

  Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday.   This is an amazing hotel - the private beach is gorgeous, water very clean and all grounds very well maintained. Beautiful palm trees that light at night.
