The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard. Incredibley large room, excellent kitchen (we stayed half board and got an incredible selection of foods every day), they had programs every evening,. Excellent sea view, beach right across the hotel. - pool not heated but ok

Well equipped rooms, on-site shop. Air Con is additional to the price on letsbookhotel.com, at 5€ a day, worth it!
Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. - Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable
- Good location and very near the shops, restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby

We liked the grounds of the hotel and the way they were laid out. Lots
of little areas in which to relax on sunloungers etc. Particularly liked
the little cove when it wasnt breezy. Hotel was a bit dated but very
clean and staff were pleasant in the main - one person in particular
