The bedroom are clearly not made for friends sharing room, as all seperation between shower and bedroom are glasses... But, the room are very nice, modern.   This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, refurbished, friendly staff, centrally located, gay-friendly, etc. Particularly liked the free Internet and computer in the room itself.   Det mesta var väldigt bra. En härlig atmosvär och bra läge. - absolutly amazing !! Nice view, wonderful restaurant, wonderful SPA, wonderful staff and services. All the staff was absolutely nice with us. - It´s an excelent hotel, a nice pool, far from the turists location but very close to the subway station. Excelent choice and value for money.

  Good location, cleanliness of room, pleasant helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor. I lost the boarding pass they had printed for me and they did everything to reprint it after the details of my flight had also disappeared, my fault, I was very distressed, they were wonderful and sorted it for me. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance.
