It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive.   The location to all the places i wanted to go was very central - The room was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly, I would go there again. It was well situated, a few streets up there is a good shopping street (Madrid version of Camden).

  Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

The staff is always the same and they, of course, know me by now and have seen me come with my child since he was born (is now 12 years old). The staff is helpful and professional. Right by Plaza de Santa Ana, the museum triangle, the Cortes, monuments, walkable to Puerta del Sol, Cir - We cannot fault this little gem in the heart of the Spanish capital. I defy you to find better-located accommodation anywhere else in Madrid! A 5-min.walk from Plaza Cibeles (2nd stop on the Airport Transfer), 5 min from metro stops Sevilla and Antoni Martin. Surrounded by great tapas bars, cosy restaurants, breakfast bars and a corner shop directly opposite. Plaza Santa Ana is around the corner and major attractions like Parque Buen Retiro, El Prado or La Reine Sofia are all within 5-10 min st
