  The staff was super helpful, attentive and always keen to offer suggestions on great places to see and eat. The hostel, which is one of my first, was super clean and for the most part quiet. The common area has a television that shows some American programs in English, which was awesome. The kitchen and bathroom were always clean. Always. I really... vad folk säger » love that. For the Americans like myself that migh - The front desk was a lot of help and said exactly where to go. They are helpful and accommodating. Free wifi and a computer to use for free too. Free breakfast of croissants, cereal, and coffee. The other guest are nice, friendly, and respectful. I stayed for 5 nights and never had troubles getting to sleep. Showers are clean too and a cleaning lady cleans the entire hostel daily. There are always guest that want to go out at night and others that want to stay in so it is perfect for any ki

  This is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. The price is just ridiculously good for such a great hostel. The Wi-fi is the fastest I've ever had while traveling and the place is really clean and fresh. Having opened only two weeks before I went there might have helped but I'm hoping they will keep it clean. At this price, it's very hard not to reccommend it an - Everything is great about this hostel! I was planning to stay there for one-two nights but stayed for 4, as I had everything I wanted there. Great staff. Very clean beds (cleaner that in the previous 4 star hotel I've stayed in). Clean toilets and showers and common areas. Very safe, as near each bed there is a safe locked-only-by-your-card box. Small lights near each bed makes it easy to read at night and at the same time you don't disturb the others.   The hostal was ok, nothing luxurious but clean and comfortable. The facility is located on a house and has the reception on the second floor and the rooms on the fifth floor. This was not optimal since one has to ring a bell on the fifth floor to get the main door opened there (the receptionist opens the door from the second floor by watching on a... vad folk säger » video camera located on the fifth floor). It happened that I had to ring the bell at least 10 times before getting the door opened. Apart from that t - Booked a single room. Small but wasn't expecting much. Good wifi in reception (2nd floor) but nothing in room. Very good location, very good value (paid £24 per night), not much noise from nearby bathroom but you may want to take earplugs

  I'm head over heels in love with Black Swan! I planned on staying there for just one night, I ended up staying for a week! Everything was perfect. The staff is great! Always very helpful and just genuinely friendly, nice and cool! The location is great! Very central, 2 minutes to Urquinaona metro station. A sign from the street is not very well seen and you need to focus on the glass door from the street Carrer d'Alí Bei near the crossroad.
