  It was a good, clean appartment with good facilities. The air conditioning was very good and it was very close to local amenities and the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially helping me to find places I wanted to visit in the city on the map they provided. - Excellent staff !   The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable. Was very good value for the price we paid. I would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

  Great location for access to the northern business district and just minutes to walk to the Castellana and nearest bus/metro. Breakfast vg value and wide range of food on offer to suit all tastes. Plentiful hot water and good shower pressure! Wifi everywhere with fast access. Very good value for money for a 3 day stay. The only down side is the parking on the street is valid for maximum 1 hour although the hotel does offer parking at an additional cost. We would definitely stay here again.

  Bra läge nära Metron, P-garage i källaren,trevlig personal. - We were a complicated group and the staff were truly excellent in dealing with all the problems and with helping us to both work at the hotel and enjoy our stay.   Rent och prydligt. Bra frukost. - Friendly and very helpfull front desk staff. Great breakfast with a good selection of food. The room, although a tad on the small side was very clean. It was quiet for the most part. Guests were prone to slamming bedroom doors though, which in the early hours was a bit irritating.
