Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. The hotel was excellent value for money. We had a little kitchen with fridge so we could prepare our own breakfast. The hotel is outside the main tourist area and the local people are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed some great food in the area and I would recommend eating a plate of Iberico at the butcher's terrace. Barcelona itself was very easy to reach by subway, it goes directly to the Sagrada Familia. Overall a great place if you want to enjoy Barcelona but want to stay away from the

I love this hotel, it's simpel and clean !
I think it's the 5th time that I stayed here, and I'm always very happy here. Not all of the personel speaks english - I think that's just also the charm, you're in Catalunya... not in England- but they are always very helpfull and friendly.
Location is great, and the price quality is very good I think. Will definitly return ! Good internet connection.

Only one shower on each floor, but I hardly saw any other guests. -
Everything was very good. The staff was kind and responsive, the room and bathroom were clean. The main thing I liked most of all was unlimited Wi-Fi Internet with good speed. Balcony faces to the main beautiful street Ramblas, so, you can see artists and cafes along the street during the day and night life of youth at night.
The bed was soft and with clean bedsheets. And it is good that there is a sink in the room.
