A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -
Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.

Hotellet är nytt och rummen mycket fräscha. Två fina pooler till trots så är närheten till stranden och bad i havet riktigt bra. Helt klart en supervistelse på Skipper! - Allt var toppen, fanns inget att klaga på, Det var andra gången vi bodde där.

Staff were excellant and could not be more accomodating. Modern boutique decor hotel with great location to all attrctions. Everything. Staff were friendly, helpful, professional and went to the trouble of leaving some small gifts for my friend's birthday. The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
