  Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  Great location, a picturesque view from a large window. Modern facilities, including a good kitchen. A lot of light in the spacious room. Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Good design, friendliness, lightness and comfort create the right atmosphere you need for a pleasant vacation. If you like flamenco, Corral de la Moreria is a 15 min walk. Mariano was very helpful and funny guy. The view from room 801 overlooking the park was beautiful. I liked the room a lot. It was very big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I think that it is much nicer.   The hotel location could not be beat. The breakfast was good and plentiful and was served until 11am. The hotel also had check-out times as late as 3pm. - Clean, quiet and comfortable room with plenty of space to move around. Older hotel but reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was acceptable.

  Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large and cleaned with fresh towels daily. It had a little kitchenette o... vad folk säger » ff bedroom with everything you needed except a kettle but there was a saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable prices. - The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.
