Great location, a picturesque view from a large window. Modern facilities, including a good kitchen. A lot of light in the spacious room. Very cosy, clean and comfortable. I loved the location -the Metro was 2 min. From the hotel. You can walk
to Royal Palace. If you like flamenco, Corral de la Moreria is a 15 min
walk. Mariano was very helpful and funny guy. The view from room 801
overlooking the park was beautiful. I liked the room a lot. It was very
big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The
picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I
think that it is much nicer. Also, I have to add that one can hardly

Convenient location (5 min walk from Plaza Espana), clean and comfortable room (double for single use), superb bathroom with soft towels, magnificent view of the Royal Palace from the window, helpful and smiling staff. - Great location, great place. This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, refurbished, friendly staff, centrally located, gay-friendly, etc. Particularly liked the free Internet and computer in the room itself. Would recommend it! - The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free internet access was a good point

The hotel is located in the center of the city only a short two blocks from the Sol Metro station. We could walk to the major areas of interest and the Atocha train station (cab with luggage). There are dozens of tapas bars near the hotel. Finding "sit down" dinner restaurants was tougher but when we did the food was excellent. The hotel staff

In addition, the price for the room represented excellent value for money and if the hotel had not been fully-booked, we would have stayed longer at it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.
