  Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

  Excellent location close to Atocha station, walking distance to the three big museums (and the city center, if you like a bit of a hike), supermarket at the corner. The hotel is on a quiet side street; there was absolutely no street noise. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.
