We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom appartement, which was extremely nice.
Javier, the owner is extremely helpfull. We could check-in early while the cleaning lady was still busy making up the appartment. Its very big appartement with 3 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms which was very convenient travelling with 6 girls.

The room i hired was very comfortable. You can find anything you need in the apartment. The staff was friendly and helped us a lot. There are lots of bars, tabernas on the street but it is incredible that you dont hear any noise in the apartment. Also because of this bars, there are lots of people on the street. So when you are coming to your apartment at night, you feel safd because of the crowd. So far i really enjoyed my stay in this apartment.

Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Excellent location, close to the museums and the railway station, 5 to 10 minutes walk. Great views from the 7 large windows on the Plaza Santa Ana. The plaza is interesting and filled with people. Very clean apartment with all the facilities you need.
Enrique was very helpful when meeting us at the apartment and allowed us to check out later than 12 noon as the next visitor wasn't arriving until later.

I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were satisfactory. -

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor.
