  Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro.   A brand new hotel that just opened in April, this hotel was great value for money. Located just slightly out of the centre, the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big and well designed. Breakfast was also great. - Fresh, clean, modern, new hotel with friendly staff. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. He makes a good impressio for the hotel and surely made my stay a pleasant one. - The room was spacious and clean.
