The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was pretty small but to just spend the night there was perfect. Bathroom was great, room was clean, good and convenient location. Everything was great besides the size of the room. -

Everything was great: the staff was very friendly and helpful (even they didn't spoke English), our chamber was very clean and it had even a little fireplace, which was very nice. - excellent location - near to metro, convenient for airport, many eating opportunities nearby.

Staff was helpful, smiley and made you feel welcome. The place was very clean and tidy all over and the decor was quite decent with nice design touches that made it feel fresh, simple and modern. My single room was just right and the shower room was nice and everything worked as it should.

The room was good value for money. There was a flatscreen and ac and plenty of space to ve around.
As said in previous comments, there is quite a bit of sound from the street at night, but the double glazing helps reduce it to a muffle.

Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise). Hostal Hispano takes WiFi seriously! It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.

There was a lot to like about this hostal. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean. Our room was pretty small but for a budget option we didn't expect it to be large. I am so sorry that I haven't asked the name of that super professional and kind guy at the reception. He was extremely careful, helped us out with all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and safe all the time. The three recommendations he gave us (breakfast place, lunch place and pizza place) were all great. The hotel itself was not exactly what we were waiting for, but the location is great and everything was so easy. Recommend it.
