The host was really nice. Even though he can't speak English, he tried to explain everything and helped us to find some good place near by. The room was also quite large and comfortable for two people to stay. I would love to recommend this place to those who want to stay in Madrid!

Everything was perfect! Staff were extremely friendly, location is great! The staff were really friendly, the couple that run the hostal were
really sweet and really helpful. They even arranged a shuttle to the
airport for us for 9 Euro each. Breakfast was included (but I never made
it), the room was cute, clean, and comfortable.

It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why?
1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms.
2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better

Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. In the bedroom, the tv is embedded inside a big mirror! How cool! The bed is clean and comfortable. There are big windows in the room so plenty of natural light

It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. The room is artfully decorated with the most functional bathroom for travelers. Another surprise was the very clever and beautiful way the television is hidden. Excellent location, close to the museums and the railway station, 5 to 10 minutes walk. Great views from the 7 large windows on the Plaza Santa Ana. The plaza is interesting and filled with people. I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of
Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very
beautifull on the buildings of the city, personally I like it. The

It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel with full kitchen. The office is right down stairs. The administrative people are very nice and helpful. I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything.
