The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our
room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move
us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were
overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large
and cleaned with fresh towels daily. It had a little kitchenette o

bedroom with everything you needed except a kettle but there was a
saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable
prices. -
The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.
