  We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer.   Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom.   The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars.   The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

  Excellent location, close to the museums and the railway station, 5 to 10 minutes walk. Great views from the 7 large windows on the Plaza Santa Ana. The plaza is interesting and filled with people. Take earplugs if you are sensitive and want to sleep with open windows. Well equiped kitchen. Big and well equipped apartment .   It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why? 1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms. 2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. Attocha - on foot, to bus station to air - Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power. The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor
