Any request or query was delt with efficiently and effectivley. The restaurant, food and service was of a high quality. The selection for breakfast was amazing....we were spoilt for choice! We asked for a large room with a balcony and got a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. We had 2 LCD TVs and a huge balcony!! If you don't ask you don't get!!

  The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city.
