  The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Any request or query was delt with efficiently and effectivley. The restaurant, food and service was of a high quality. The selection for breakfast was amazing....we were spoilt for choice! We asked for a large room with a balcony and got a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. We had 2 LCD TVs and a huge balcony!! If you don't ask you don't get!!

  The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city.   The room was clean with first class accessories. The buffet breakfast exceeded anything I imagined for quality and plentitude of selection. We loved the location of the hotel; the Born district is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions for dinner and a taxi for the airport. The transfer to and from the airport was easy and cheap as the hotel is directly opposite a RENFE station. Hotel spotless with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Inclusion of a very substantial breakfast made the booking even better value.
