The room was very big, comfortable and the staff were excellent. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. I think it is best, especially for couples. - Honestly, as far as hostals go, this is the creme de la creme. What afantastic stay. Although we had problems with the wireless internet,the room itself was fantastic. The staff was very considerate andhelpful as well.

The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were satisfactory. -

from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

The staff at Numancia, especially the man on the front desk the majority of the time are excellent. All our needs were met and any requests were willing to be accommodated including leaving our luggage there for a whole day (as our train trip was at night). We were even allowed to hang out at the hostel and use the wifi and bathrooms! -
