  We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer.   Very central and close to everything. Super clean! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the fact that internet was complimentary!! - hotel staff amability and excellent breakfasts. The hotel is really well located within el barrio litterario (quietness) and near the Prado .

  The service was great and I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with terrace even though I had booked a fairly economic room just because they like upgrading their guests when the better rooms are free. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping.
