  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was also near a supermarket and we found a great cafe for pastries. We would definitely stay there again. - The space, the internet and friendliness o... vad folk säger » f the staff.   Hotel staffs are very kind - Big comfortable rooms. Free wireless internet access. considering the location of the hotel and the traffic on main road, I couldn't hear the noise in the bedroom. Very good location for train, underground and bus.

  The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive. Everyone spoke very good English and did their best to accomidate your needs.

  The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) - Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance.   My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our items and he will send them back to us. Without saying a lot, this... vad folk säger » actions from Juan and his staffs had said how much wonderful they are. We are so much appreciate their honesty and they are very well represented. I - The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.

  I loved there! You are really in the center of Madrid so no need to buy any tickets for train or so. Near all the biggest madrid atracctions and Chueca if you are gay :-). Very clean simple hostal and nice personal. Come on..it´s too cheap too. there´s a lot of restaurants around and the metro is very near anyway.   Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.
