This is our second time in a Vincci hotel, We have been visiting cities in Andalusia and liked the Vincci La Rabida in Seville, which was a traditional old style establishment so thought we would compare it with one of their modern offerings.

We were there for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent .The car was
parked for me and was outside waiting when we were checking out.In a
lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute
walk to the Alhambra following the hotels directions,NOT Googles. As
the Alhambra overlooks the city, if you do not like walking then public
transport etc is advisable as it is quite hilly for the last half of
the walk and would not suit every body.As we only used the hotel as a

The location was near to Granada town center but very quiet location. Public parking was under the building. Police office is next door and it gave us some sense of security. - I thought the standard of the hotel was excellent and better than I had expected. The power shower in the room was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.

We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had.
We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts.
We'll go back again at this time of year.
The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
