  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. God frukost. - We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. Our room looked out onto a tree lined avenue with a tiled central - We were there for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent .The car was parked for me and was outside waiting when we were checking out.In a lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra following the hotels directions,NOT Googles. As the Alhambra overlooks the city, if you do not like walking then public transport etc is advisable as it is quite hilly for the last half of the walk and would not suit every body.As we only used the hotel as a base and we

  We were given a Junior Suite which was spacious with huge bed, sofa and extra bed. The plasma TV was also huge. The bedroom is separated by a door from the entrance and bathroom (spacious with big shower and bathtub). It is really quiet, soundproofing seems to be working. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.

  The hotel was very modern and high tech. Our teenaged children loved it. It was very convenient to drive to the Alhambra (5-10 min drive) and city bus number 4(catch it around the corner and across the street) was very convenient to go into the city of Granada. The free internet service was appreciated. - Incredibly good and helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, all facilities from the internet to the swimming pool were great. Easy access to town centre and Alhambra on number 4 bus. Taxis also very reasonable. Bar food in hotel very good. The Abades Nevada Palace is a fantastic hotel and we had a great week. Thank you!
