I needed a hotel close to the airport because I had an early flight next morning and had arrived in a late one the night before. I didn't want to go to Madrid just for a few hours. I stayed here because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. I got in at 11 pm, and the shuttle picked me up within 5 mins after I called for a pickup. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Left again for the airport at 9 am on the shuttle.
As a single female traveler, I felt vey safe and totally comfortable. Highly recommend.

If you are stopping over in Madrid, this is the place to stay. A brilliant place in what is a quaint, quiet little village, but literally 15 minutes to your terminal for flights. You are picked up in a mini bus, and dropped back in time for your flight. Efficient, clean, and well appointed. One of the few places we found that had a fridge. Considering how close you are to the airport it is very quiet. Having double glazing ensures a quiet location.

The owners were so helpful...going out of there way to be accomodating.The hostel was very clean and there was parking. It was very convenient to the airport. - Always use their shuttle service from the Madrid airport. Taxy can charge a lot! Very friendly staff, great choice if you have to stay close to the airport.

Gratis transport till och från Barajas. - The hotel is 5 minutes by car to the Madrid airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service. When you call the hotel on arrival, they promptly come to pick you up. We stayed here for just one night as we had to catch an early morning plane. This hotel was ideal for this purpose. The hotel rooms are very nice.

Coffee and pre-packed cakes / pastries available free while we waited for the free shuttle bus. Room clean and comfortable. Can't say anything negative about our stay, we only stayed there on our last night in Madrid as had very early flight in the morning, we would stay again.

The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for
passengers taking early flights.
I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

Great welcoming from Olga in the reception. Fantastic extra transfer service to the airport in the morning. Clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower, the extra babycot was allready installed when we came to the room. The breakfast table was good - It was an excellent hotel with all the facilities one would expect but with little extra touches that made it special. Would definately stay there again. - Airport shuttle service-excellent. Staff is very customer oriented, personalized service was pleasant. Rooms, bar, etc. were first class.
