  I needed a hotel close to the airport because I had an early flight next morning and had arrived in a late one the night before. I didn't want to go to Madrid just for a few hours. Is close to the airport, in the middle of a not so nice neighborhood. It's good for one-nighters and early flights. Personnel were reall - I stayed here because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. I got in at 11 pm, and the shuttle picked me up within 5 mins after I called for a pickup. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Left again for the airport at 9 am on the shuttle. As a single female traveler, I felt vey safe and totally comfortable. Highly recommend.

Just a few minutes walk to the town square, where we ate in the evening, made some baby item purchases, on our arrival. - If you are stopping over in Madrid, this is the place to stay. A brilliant place in what is a quaint, quiet little village, but literally 15 minutes to your terminal for flights. You are picked up in a mini bus, and dropped back in time for your flight. Efficient, clean, and well appointed. One of the few places we found that had a fridge. Considering how close you are to the airport it is very quiet. Having double glazing ensures a quiet location.

  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection.
