With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. My God what a place to stay! We arrived quite late in the dark and woke to the most incredible views on the planet! Food is fantastic, staff are really friendly and helpful. Loved, loved loved our stay here. Great place to stay with kids as there are little farm animals, pool and playground and they organise lots of kids activities! Very romantic

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Champagne Castle Hotel. It is in a beautiful setting with so many enjoyable walks direct from the hotel gardens. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to any of our friends and family who may visit the Drakensberg.

June was the most friendliest hostess we ever have had! She had beach equipment (chairs, surf board, mask+snorkel, coolers) which we lent to Cape Vidal. On our early birding morning she prepared lunch boxes even for the guide.

St. Lucia is an amazing place. Little Eden made it really easy to enjoy - their staff are friendly, always happy to help and willing to bend over backwards for you. The accomodation was lovely! We stayed on the top floor and enjoyed a stunning view of the Estuary and Ocean every morning. One night, we even had a hippo wander into the garden - amazing to see - but a little scary at the same time.
