  I have the good fortune to stay in upmarket accommodation when travelling on business and also possess a rather critical nature, and so it feels strange for me to award the Teremok a 'straight ten' rating, but I really do struggle to say anything but praise.   The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests.   We loved the friendly staff, the decor and environment, the sight and sound of the birds and nature all around us. It was blissfully quiet and restful and naturally beautiful. We especially enjoyed the lady who played the piano and the food was excellent!
