  The hotel is very nice, a five star hotel by all means. Staff were very frindly and answered all our questions. They were also very helpful. The spa is just great. - Convinience to the casino which is located on the lobby level. Hotel is located in a very lively atmosphere. One of the finest hotels for luxury stays in Manila.

  There is a lot thoughts that goes into the operation of the hotel. All the staff are true professionals. The quality of products are really 5 stars.   The staff were absolutely fantastic! We would like to particualrly thank Kisha and Shiela from Snaps bar, as they went out of their way to accomodate us and make us feel welcome and Karen who works around the magnificent pool, she made us feel like we were around friends as she remembered both our names from our first visit to Sofitel! Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

  The service from all the staff was superb. We were very well looked after. Very pleased with the suite too - it was a good size and well kitted out. - Staff was excellent in helping me out with everything I needed. Very friendly and open and I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

  my friend and i stayed here for a couple of days and was extremely pleased as the location was excellent. we were able to walk to the park, shopping centers, and surrounding area. the hotel was secure and as you would expect out of a peninsula, very grand. the pool and bar was small but plenty of lounge chairs/towels to relax. the spa and gym ... vad folk säger » were also small (didn't have a place to really sit and relax with your tea) but did have wet/dry saunas, showers, robes and the spa services was good. - We stayed in different hotel here in the phils... We stay in orchard hotel in singapore, in hollywood hotel in hongkong, in western taipa in macau.... I think the peninsula is one of the most beautiful hotel we've ever stay here.... Aside from the handsome and friendly staff in the front desk i think it deserve to become a luxury and a five star hotel....
